(Toledo, OH) – Forward Tylor Spink has been loaned to the Albany Devils of the American Hockey League.
Spink is currently the Walleye leader in points with 36 (12G, 24A) on the season and has already skated one game this year in the AHL with Milwaukee in November. The 24 year old has picked up at least one point in 26 of Toledo’s 33 games this season. He made his professional debut at the end of last year appearing in seven games for the Walleye (2G, 7A) with a +9 rating. The Williamstown, Ontario native also appeared in a pair of games for Toronto in the AHL.
Prior to turning professional, Spink collected 115 points (47G, 68A) over 133 contests in the last four years for the Colgate Raiders. He was named to the ECAC All-Rookie Team in 2012-13 with 13 goals and 18 assists. Last year, he set a career best with 21 assists and 34 points.
