Forward Kyle Bonis has been loaned to the Rochester Americans of the American Hockey League.
Bonis currently leads Toledo in points with 10 (5G, 5A) through the first seven games of the season. He was named ECHL Player of the Week from opening weekend (October 14-16) when he collected three goals and two assists in a pair of games in Atlanta. The Lindsay, Ontario native has appeared in 103 games in this his third season with the Walleye scoring 55 goals and 39 assists.
The 27-year-old forward has skated in 44 games at the AHL level in his career with 12 points (5G, 7A). Rochester plays Friday night at home against the Syracuse Crunch before heading Saturday night to Binghamton. They will end the weekend in Hershey.
